 Taylor Swift, the renowned musical artist with an estimated net worth of over $500 million, possesses a remarkable private collection of jets, including the luxurious Dassault Falcon 900. One of the two Dassault jets owned by Swift, this particular model is known as the Falcon 900LX, which she acquired in 2011 for an estimated $40 million.

The Falcon 900LX, registered as N898TS, boasts modern features and blended winglets that enhance its efficiency. Previously adorned with the number 13 near the nose, this peculiar choice holds significance for Swift, who has a fondness for the number due to her birthday falling on December 13th and her debut album achieving Gold status in just 13 weeks.

Step inside Swift's prized jet, and you'll discover a lavish cabin capable of accommodating up to 12 passengers. The spacious interior offers amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and even a private bedroom, which undoubtedly proves invaluable given Swift's demanding tour schedule.

Regarding Swift's jet usage, there were claims that she had taken approximately 170 private jet trips in just seven months during 2022. However, a representative clarified that Swift rents out her jet when not in use, countering the allegations. This story sparked controversy as it came to light that Swift's other Dassault aircraft, the Falcon 7X (registration: N621MM), emitted over 8,000 tonnes of CO2 during that period, surpassing the total annual emissions of an average person by more than 1,000 times.

Speculation arises as to why Swift favors Falcon aircraft over competitors like Gulfstream, with some suggesting that the added security of having three engines suits her frequent transatlantic journeys. Additionally, the Falcon 900LX's tri-jet configuration enables more direct over-water routing, providing faster and more convenient overseas travel options.

One notable feature of the Falcon 900LX is its favorable takeoff and landing weight ratio, enabling the jet to undertake multiple-stop journeys without the need for refueling. Dassault highlights that the jet's High-Mac blended winglets offer up to 33% improvements in fuel efficiency compared to rival aircraft.
